unit B floor corridor
In the first two floor plans, the area of unit A and B look not so much different while they have different layout. Both of them have three bedrooms but the number of bathrooms are different.
Another difference between them is the size of corridor and how it works. In unit A, the corridor is only a shared space among bedrooms. After the entrance foyer, you have to go through the living room to go other rooms. However, in the unit B, entrance foyer is continuing as shared corridor deeper into bedrooms, bathrooms and living room.
Although unit A has more bathrooms and larger living/dining room, possibly people can feel unit B is larger when they visit because of the longer corridor. Longer corridor means the more time and more space people would have to use to move from one place to others, which returns a perception of larger space.
So which unit I might choose? I might choose unit A because of the terrace in the living room. Or might be unit B because of the longer corridor like gallery.
